MY DUTIES:

- Project Management
- CC Membership Raffle planning & execution
- Implement all surprise and delight rewards & raffles for members
- Execute product or reward fulfilment 
- Define & optimize process for reward fulfilment
- Market onboarding (new launches)
- Improvement on process
- Weekly meetings and alignments for surprise and delight rewards & raffles
- Project overview and structure set up  
- CC Membership activations onboarding & execution 
- Handle activations and campaigns in season 
- Management and update of activation reflections & learnings
- Creation and update of Monthly activation report
- Monthly best practices sharing with Market, BUs and other teams
- Improvement on processes
- Market onboarding (new launches)

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Profound proven track record of project management
- Business acumen and in-depth knowledge of brand campaigns
- Experience with multi-cultural and cross-functional teams  
- Excellent presentation and storytelling skills
- High resilience and solution-oriented attitude
