Project Manager/Master Scheduler

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Work with field PMs to develop, maintain, and communicate and ensure schedule adherence.
- PM activation of Telco conductivity.
- Assists with definition and development of project scope, objectives, detailed plans, budgets and metrics for complex projects.
- Monitor execution throughout the project to ensure all obligations are being met.
- Responsible for proof of concept projects.
- Recommends corrective actions and implements agreed upon changes.
- Acts as liaison between internal teams and field teams.
- Define and implement delivery processes for the Enterprise Service business.
- Work with internal and external resources to achieve successful implementation.
- Ensure contractual compliance to deliverables and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction with products and services provided.
- May provide mentoring, coaching and act as lead to junior level associates{c}{s}

SKILLS

MUST have very detailed/advanced experience in Development of Schedules. Experience working with Large System Integrators a must. HUGE PLUS: Telco Conductivity Experience would be ideal.
A BA/BS degree, from an accredited college or university is required. A minimum of 8 years of Project Management experience is a must. Strong experience with Telco and understanding of rapid large conductivity deployments is needed. Retail experience preferred. Proficient in MS Project. Excellent communication/presentation skills and the ability to interact effectively within different functional areas of the business and with the internal management team needed. Must have experience and proven track record in managing projects and negotiating large projects with both customers and sub contractors.
