For our Life Sciences client in Switzerland, we are urgently seeking a Project Manager.

Your role:
- The MRO (Maintenance Repair and Operations) Project Implementation Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Category Lead in managing the implementation of the MRO category strategy for our Client
- Coordination and execution of regional strategy for MRO, in alignment with business priorities
- Partner with Category Lead to deliver the committed plan, coordinate and provide oversight of supplier activities on the Swiss sites
- Act as first point of escalation for any project issues in Switzerland
- Assist in Supplier Management activities for MRO providers
Your experience:
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- MBA in Business or Life Sciences, or relevant business experience in a Procurement or Manufacturing environment
- Procurement accreditation is desirable
- Project management specifically in managing large complex programs of activities and ensuring successful outcomes through the use of 3rd party resources ie a Managed Service Provider
- Broad-based understanding of core Procurement areas of focus - MRO within manufacturing environments
- Strong verbal and written communication skill with ability to confidently present complex information both internally and with suppliers
- Analytical, sound judgment and decision making, problem solver
- Demonstrated track record of delivering against targets and objectives
- Demonstrated Credo mind-set and behaviour
- Able to prioritize requests, and propose effective cost/customer service alternatives when necessary
- Able to review work quality and quantity of others
- Level of proficiency with core project management skills (eg, planning, communication, resource management, change management etc.)
- Level of proficiency with core Procurement skills (eg, supplier management and performance, etc.)
- Ability to develop a high level of credibility with internal customers, and with the supplier's team
- Demonstrated flexibility and willingness to respond to changes in the external environment
