Project Manager (m/w/d) Historical Data Handling

During the transaction of migrating the bank part in Hungary to the Buyer not all historical data will be transferred. After closing of the transaction the bank will on request provide historical data to the Buyer.

The tasks of this project manager will be:
* Understand historical data sets asked for by Buyer
* Estimate request volumes by liasing with staff from Commerzbank HU.
* Evaluate where and how this data can be retrieved in future (data source from an IT system and organizational perspective)
* Design organization around processes for handling data requests from entry point, collecting data and providing it to Buyer
* SLA monitoring and request billing process
* Support in drafting the Transitional Service Agreement, i.e. the contract with the Buyer for providing this data service

VORAUSSETZUNGEN:

* Experienced project manager capable of handling this task with very little guidance
* Expertise in process consulting conc. Workflow design, SLAs etc.
* Senior expertise in process consulting in migration projects, especially in finance/credit migration processes from one legal entity to another (main credit tool used: SAP IBS Phoenix)
* Fluent English and German
