Project Manager BI

For our client, one of the biggest companies in Belgium, we are currently looking for Business Intelligence Project Manager.

Project duration: 6 months (possible extension)

Business Context:
The BI proactive produces information out of the available data through BI processes. They facilitate and evaluate requirements analysis and requirements documents. As a project manager you will manager 3 projects: A HR reporting project, a BI improvement project and a logistics project. You must be able to work independently. Besides being independent, you are responsible for a number of projects/demands of your business. You will work as a single point of contact, and report progress and status. You must be able to keep a helicopter view on the business processes and guard and manage any impact on linked processes and linked applications.

Details:
* The Project Manager is the end-responsible for delivering a qualitative project within budget and timing, according to the ICT and BI methodology valid at our client;
* PM with profound experience in BI projects:
* Understand client requirements and design;
* Strong combination of project management skills along with excellent customer communication skills;
* Moderate project risks by proactively recognizing and communicating challenges, managing changes and providing contingency plans that enable customer success;
* Assure that engagements are delivered in accordance with the Implementation Methodology to ensure successful execution and overall customer satisfaction;
* Align solution design with BI architect and designer;
* Continually seek opportunities to increase Customer Satisfaction and deepen client relationships by interacting effectively at all levels of the client organization;
* Organize and schedule project work with BI analysts and developers;

Skills
* Certified Prince2 or PMP/PMI
* Dutch with active knowledge of French (or vice versa). Active knowledge of English, certainly written.
* At least 6 years experience in project management of BI projects
* Knowledge of Business Objects is a plus
