Project Manager Banking (m/w/d)

Altruvia use the Agree21 platform and the front end element of the platform currently used by the Direktbank goes out of support in Q1 2022. In addition, by upgrading to the A21NFE it will allow the Directbank to complete the KYC Customer Refresh within Agree21 which is currently not possible on the existing system without significant manual intervention. The current bank Policy states the KYC refresh for low risk retail customers must be completed every 10 years and the regulatory requirement is up to 15 years.

Before finalising the project plan the following needs to occur:

*Confirm the banks requirements
*Workshop with Altruvia to understand their proposed solution and for the bank to discuss requirements
*Demonstration of the additional features available - front and back-end and decide which features to adopt and whether the Altruvia KYC refresh meets banks requirements
*Altruvia build and test pilot and bank sign off
*Confirm the regulatory ‘dormancy' requirements and responsibilities

For the project we are looking for a project manager with the following responsibilities:

*Create a detailed project plan and other project documents
*Manage project administration, including all documentation
*Provide solutions to project-related issues
*Set milestones and deadlines
*Manage budget and revenue estimates
*Manage project resources and their costs
*Assign, prioritize, and supervise project tasks (task management)
*Implement and manage changes
*Detect, report, and fix issues whenever necessary
*Identify, prevent, and manage project risks
*Track project performance using appropriate KPIs, metrics, tools, and techniques
*Submit deliverables and ensure they adhere to quality standards
*Manage the closure of the project and the acceptance into BAU
*Perform any other relevant, project-related duties when needed

Start ASAP until may/june 2022

VORAUSSETZUNGEN:

*Demonstrable experience in project management and successful execution of a project plan
*Experience in managing outsource providers
*Extensive knowledge in Agree21 BAP
*Knowledge in Salesforce
*Experience in retail deposit business
*Experience in documentation in process descriptions and improvement of processes
