PROJECT MANAGER - AUTOMOTIVE

We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to work for a British multinational automotive company for a European CRM rollout. This SAP CRM rollout is spanning 6 EU Countries, we are currently requiring Project Managers ideally with Automotive experience and experience with CRM. Knowledge of SAP would be beneficial. The candidate is required to speak English, plus the language of the Coutry in which they will be working in. The Countries included are Spain, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Italy and France and the languages required would be Spanish, French, Italian, German, Belge, Dutch and English.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Leads and ensures all market activities are in line with the integrated delivery plan
- Member of the market rollout management team. Participate in market rollout management team meetings
- Manages Legacy market system changes required for market implementation
- Governance - market stakeholder management and project reporting
- Coordinates market related activities including vendor activities and commercials to meet the delivery plan
- Acts as contact point for vendors. Management of Vendors and their deliverables according to project milestones.
- Works with the Market Deployment Project Manager to align and feed in activities and status into the Integrated Delivery Plan. This includes pro-active discussions of any risks & issues, which may have an direct impact on timeline/results of activities/quality gates of the integrated delivery plan
- Management of market stakeholder signs off required in each project gate meeting (if not present)
- Manages and reports market resource costs including appropriate staffing of market resources
- Manages and reports on market readiness activities
- Market communications - planning and execution

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

- It's essential that the candidate speaks one of the languages above and English
- The candidate should live close to the locations mentioned
- Ideally the candidate will have automotive experience
- CRM and SAP experience would be beneficial
