Project Manager wanted for our Zurich based client in the pharmaceutical sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- 15+ years of working experience, ideally with consultancy background in the pharmaceutical sector
- Experience with different culture and business requirements
- Competency of embedding effective stakeholder management strategies within the organization and maintaining regular communication to solidify relationships
- Business oriented with strong analytical skills
- Know-how of building and sustaining project momentum throughout the organization
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, Japanese an asset
YOUR TASKS:
- Supporting Organisation Optimisation workstream lead and highlighting associated risks and issues
- Cascading and reviewing global program assets such as methodology, templates, analysis models and presentations
- Managing implementation roadmap and required investment
- Establishing recommendation for the respective function around organizational changes including considerations of company business services structure
- Tracking implementation status across all functions and backups on a monthly basis
