Project Manager

Project Manager wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.

YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

- Master of Business Administration with very good leadership skills, project management certification advantageous
- Familiarity with business development and innovation
- Proven track record of process improvements
- Experience working with senior management
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken

YOUR TASKS:

- Documenting innovation processes step by step as well as structuring innovation processes to aligned enablers and tools
- Building an innovation champion training and tool kit along with supporting onboarding and training of champions
- Administering setup of innovation metrics and dashboard as well as assisting in the creation and facilitation of council meeting and events
- Taking responsibility of the inventory of existing innovates to simplify initiatives along with supporting content delivery and documentation
- Capturing and collecting new ideas and initiatives as well as maintaining momentum and pace
- Enabling champion network launch and training as well as creating core fundamentals to ensure operation set up in the future
