Project Manager

Project Manager wanted for our Zug based client in the pharmaceutical sector.

YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

- University Degree in a relevant field
- At least 3 years' experience working as a Project Manager or similar with outstanding knowledge in coordination/management of projects
- Ability to demonstrate project completion along with a strong background in a Matrix environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills along with the ability to deal with different stakeholders (levels and functions)
- Proficiency in working with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Powerpoint) as well as very good facilitation and presentation skills
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, knowledge in German is a plus

YOUR TASKS:

- Acting as first point of contact internally and externally along with managing work stream activities in close cooperation with the work stream leads
- Conducting the ELG decision making process in collaboration with the architects and work stream leads
- Collecting and sharing learnings which includes a small amount of travel
- Maintaining project meetings along with being in charge of the project planning
- Driving vendor selection in addition to representing project internally and externally
