Project Manager

Harvey Nash is looking for a Project Manager for a 12 month project in Switzerland.

The role is for the management of a project to transfer some clients Pharma products to another party within the Established Medicines Franchise.

You are responsible for

. Planning and organization the project
. Development and maintenance of strong network with all functions, which allows to be the focal point for resolution of all issues from different functional areas
. Coordination and management of internal Due Diligence process, setting-up of virtual and on-site data rooms to the other party and transferring of data to the other party
. Being the single point of contact for CPOs, DRA, CMC, Finance, QA Tech Ops, SCM, and Legal to implement the divested brands through the process of the Marketing Authorization, Manufacturing and Inventory Transfer
. Supporting the transfer of profit made during the phase I of the implementation (from Closing to MA Transfer), budget monthly profit transfers for Finance PBO
. knowing the agreement, particularly the rights and obligations of each party - anticipate any problems and pro-actively find solutions
. Proactively managing existing agreements
. Distributing agreement or summary agreement to line functions and countries whenever appropriate, all the confidentialities
. Ensuring that clients contractual rights and obligations are honoured eg (transfer of the purchased assets, smooth transition to the new owner of the assets (eg Marketing Authorizations (MA), commercial information, medical information, patents, trademarks, manufacturing know how, assignment and/or terminations of third party contracts, institutional tenders) to complete the implementation of the projects, milestone payments
. Chairing or co-chairing the various Governance Committees and ensuring de-briefing of clients Pharma senior management
. Identifying and resolving with appropriate team support, potentially problematic issues with the aim of preventing escalation
. Facilitating optimal communication and productive collaboration between all involved internal parties
. Managing and directing the governance activities - Ensuring that strategies and decisions are implemented at the operational level and that plans and actions are consistent with alliance strategy
. Providing a complete understanding of product/alliance issues allowing focus on what is best for the business/alliance against what is best for the function
. Keeping clients management informed of any alliance issues at the steering committee meetings
. Supporting Legal with the review of Intercompany, Supply, Quality Assurance, License, Pharmacovigilance Agreements to ensure the timelines completion or contract amendments if required
. ensuring engagement of the Pharma team in building the transition plan of the products
. Supporting Line functions with the review of the Marketing Authorization Transfer Plan to ensure the divestment process and timelines completions
. Contributing to continuous improvements, innovation on processes and guidelines facing the landscape changes: eg workshops and writing new SOPs

Requirements

. Education (minimum/desirable): Advanced degree preferably in a science, commercial, related subject. MBA Desirable.
. Languages: Fluent in English
. Pharma experience and the ability to work within a complex Matrix environment and deal occasionally with conflicting priorities a previous BD&L experience is desirable
. Excellent communication & influencing skills (upwards and across the organization)
. Strong analytical and negotiation skills
. Ability to work within a complex Matrix environment
