Projektbeschreibung
Harvey Nash is looking for a Project Manager for a 10 month project in Switzerland.
The role is for a candidate to exercise strong leadership, interpersonal skills, and conflict management skills to establish positive team dynamics and motivate the team to deliver on its goals and objectives; on time and within budgets.
You are responsible for:
. the planning as well as managing parts of a global implementation
. Managing effectively external project resources and leading country project teams and delivering quality results within defined timelines
. Management reporting, including milestone status as well as dependency management
. Identifying gaps, potential bottlenecks or delays and challenges assumptions in areas of risk management and mitigation
. Overseeing risk management including critical path, risk assessment, scenario creation and analysis
. Proposing options to close gaps and get projects back on schedule
. Serving as single point of control for project data (collect from functions/finance; owns version management and release of changes)
. Compiling and communicating project reports
. Actively managing risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies (RAID) by carefully assessing potential impacts in collaboration with the respective project teams and proposing appropriate mitigation actions
. Tracking and handling cross project activities; actively identifying and mitigating any deviations from plan
. Preparation of presentation material for project meetings and workshops as well as Governance forums
. Managing meetings to include setting agendas, organizing meeting time and editing meeting minutes
Requirements
. University Degree (preferably Informatics, Science or equivalent) or MBA
. Minimum of 6 years of project management experience preferably in a global, matrixed, diverse environment
. Minimum of 4 years of experience in Pharma industry
. Strong Project Management skills
. Sound knowledge of standard project tools and methods
. Demonstrated experience in managing complex issues on a global level. Ability to operate and work with people on a virtual basis (remote teams) as well as in a multi-cultural project environment
. Strong background in SAP Fi-CO, Product Costing is a must
. Excellent communication and presentation skills
. Fluent in English
. Some flexibility to travel may be required
. + PMI certification
