For a large pharmaceutical company in Noord-Holland I'm now looking for an experienced pharma process improvement/excellence engineer.

-Location: Noord-Holland
-Contract duration: 6 months + 4 months possible extention
-Start date: January

Role description

This role requires in depth knowledge of process optimization and quality improvement. The company operates in the field of Medical Devices and for one of their large scale production hall they're starting a project as of Q1 2016. The project will initially run for 6 months, but they're aiming to extend it with another 4 months.
For this role you'll need to display expert level knowledge in Change Management as well as thorough knowledge of chemistry/pharma work environments.
Furthermore, you're responsible for:

-Improving production protocols
-Advising and taking the lead in improving production processes
-Leading project meetings and coaching sessions in applying Leas Six Sigma
-Improving Tier processes

Profile

For this role, ideally your profile looks like this:

-Fluent in Dutch and English
-Provable experience working multiple years in a Pharma or (bio) Chemistry environment
-You have a BSc. or higher in chemistry/process engineering or other relevant pharma related area
-Strong analytical capability
-Certified Black Belt
-Dnowledge on Lead Six Sigma tools
-Experience in project management
