Huxley Associates and one of the UK's leading engineering / manufacturing houses are looking to recruit a Project Engineer on a permanent basis, with a view to developing the Project Engineer into an out and out Project Manager.

Coming from either a Mechanical and/or Electrical background, the Project Engineer should have previous experience of delivering projects in either a manufacturing and/or engineering environment and ideally possess full lifecycle experience.

With this company being heavily focused on investment in the individual to get them up to Project Manager status, the candidate needs to be able to demonstrate an aptitude and hunger for learning and should be an articulate and effective communicator, capable of working with stakeholders on both an internal and external basis.

For the successful Project Engineer, a salary from £35,000 - £40,000 is on offer and one of the key USP's with this role is both the career development and investment that my client are looking to make for the right candidate.
