Project Engineer (m/f) Basic / Detail Engineering

We are looking for a Project Engineer (m/f) for Basic / Detail Engineering.

Your daily tasks for basic engineering include:
+ Specification of equipment at Packaged Units
+ Specification of documentation requirements at Packaged Units
+ Technical Clarifying of the operating conditions for instrumentation & control field measuring devices and PLC at Packaged Units with the given specifications
+ Technical Clarifying of the interfaces between Packaged Units and central DCS and Independent Protection System (IPS) and Machine Monitoring Systems (MMS)
+ Technical Clarifying of the Battery limit between Packaged Unit-supplier and customer

Your daily tasks for detail engineering include:
+ Reviewing and approving of the manufacturer documentation for the instrumentation
+ Finally composition of one operating manual manufacturer documentation Instrumentation for reference
+ Factory acceptance test (inspection) of the measuring equipment with the manufacturer (if necessary)
+ Coordination of the information supply between Packaged Unit supplier and the customer
+ Coordination of the interfaces between Packaged Units and central DCS/PESS/MMS
+ Preparing / finally composition of Panel layouts /control functionalities drawings of compressors
+ Technical clarifying of MMS in coordination with the Sub suppliers other Packaged Units (compressors, extruders, pumps)

+ MSOffice (Access, Excel, Word, Visio)
+ Experience in design of measuring equipment for chemical plants over several years
+ Experience in Coordination and Management of Subcontractors
+ Detailed knowledge of the requirements of instrument technique in the ex area zone 0 to 2 as well as the
requirements of instrument technique of the requirement SIL applications
+ Good language knowledge of English and German necessary
