IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Definition component requirements including critical characteristics
-Assure of all customer requirements, based on customer’s specifications
-Creation of product specifications and supplier’s specification
-Maintenance of bill of material (prototypes, series), tracking list of components and action plans in the particular valid systems
-Set-up and monitoring of tooling schedule
-Follow-up of product validation
-Lead of product change management
-Follow-up of part life cycle documentation
-Coordination between the members of the project
-Analyse product, define action plan for improvement and implementation of changes in order to ensure product quality in line with customer expectation
-Definition and leading for all geometrical convergence activities on the defined perimeter ( RPS definition, tolerance simulation,dimentional conformity, capability)
-Presentation of product and action plan
-Prepare rework sheets
-Failure analysis
-Maturity improvement (coordination, definition, tracking)

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Master's degree in engineering
-Experience in design and development within automotive industry interior systems
-Experience in project management process
-Experience in injection/slush/covering/welding processes and products
-Experience on instrument panel development
-Fluency in English
