The Programme Administrator is responsible for the on-going administration and support to the IT Programmes.
Responsibilities include:
- To assist Head of IT and Programme Controller with management control and administration
- Scheduling and set-up meetings (bookings rooms, resources, equipment and refreshments)
- Assist with scheduling and preparation for on and off-site meetings/workshops/other events with appropriate equipment and/or refreshments for the management team
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of regular project communications
- Adhere to project management minimum standards/templates
- Prioritise own workload within set parameters, escalating to Programme Controller in advance where time limits are likely to be breached
- Follow detailed processes, displaying excellent attention to detail
- To provide adequate cover in the absence of the Programme Controller
Skills/Experience Required:
- Understanding of project management methodologies
- Effectively use;
o Excel
o Word
o Outlook
o PowerPoint - Time Management
- Effective communications skills
- IT/Media or technology environment (desirable)
- Self Starter, proactive
- Basic understanding of finance spreadsheets
