MY DUTIES:
- Coordinate and manage administrative and technical support for programme
- Manage general office operations; process and maintain necessary paperwork, records, etc.
- Serve as liaison between programme office and internal services
- Track expenses and predict future costs
- Assist in tracking KPIs, risks and issues
- Monitor project progress and raise potential issues
- Assist in planning outreach programs, conferences, meetings and seminars
- Contribute to the development of tools and processes to automate recurring programme office tasks
MY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experienced with a related role
- Very good communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of stakeholders
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Access, Powerpoint) and Sharepoint
- Enthusiastic, well organised and flexible team player
- Able to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines as needed
- Hands-on experience with flowcharts, technical documentation and schedules
- Fluent in English (oral and written), French or/and German would be an advantage
