Projektbeschreibung

Our client requires a Programme Administrator to provide administrative and project control support for Infrastructure Office. Reporting to the Programme Director, you will be responsible for document management, diary management and PowerPoint presentations.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Organising and attending project team meetings, fortnightly review group meetings, produce minutes and maintain the project logs
- Assisting in the planning and organising of venues and resources for project workshops and presentations
- Preparing project reports and summary logs for committees and providing weekly updates of scheduled project task completion
- Tracking budget/expenses as well as maintaining and updating project records/databases
- Processing expenditure approval forms, purchase orders and the payment of invoices

YOUR BACKGROUND:

- High level communication skills both written and verbal
- Demonstrated experience in project administration to support project managers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Ability to collate, maintain and update project management documents
