Programm Manager (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Problem solving, finding solutions, and overcome problems that may impact a project
- Prioritization the tasks
- Project management based on a project management software, generate documentation about the project, such as communications and data analysis reports
- Software proficiency, proficient in various software applications such as the MS365, including Outlook, Word, Excel and ServiceNow as well as project management software
- Active listening, to ensure that all the stakeholders & team members understand the project scope, plan and tasks
- Time management, cost control
- Problem solving, find solution & overcome problems that may impact a project
- Effective communication, convey ideas and information in ways other can understand (written & verbal)

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experienced in the role of a program manager in an international setting
- Experience with MS365
- Fluently in English as the project language is English or even native speaker
