PROGRAM TEST MANAGER - FINANCIAL SERVICES - 6MTH DAILY RATE CONTRACT - DUBLIN CITY CENTRE
My Client is recruiting a Program Test Manager for an EMEA Flexcube Program. The successful Candidate will be responsible for the projects software testing initiatives for the EMEA FlexCube instances (BAU, Production Support and projects) in the Core Accounting area
Management of Onshore and offshore testing team and with business partners located globally.
Planning, executing and managing testing and managing the distributed Test Managers (required only when the model scales) and Test Engineers.
YOU MUST HAVE PREVIOUS PROGRAM MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED.
SKILLS REQUIRED INCLUDE;
- 12+ years of quality assurance experience, with at least 5 years working in an onshore/offshore model and managing major program/multiple projects.
- 5+ years FlexCube Corporate testing and usage experience with current or latest versions. FlexCube Corporate knowledge and exposure is important but not essential.
- Strong experience with statistics and analysis. Must have strong analytical, investigative and coordination skills.
- Must demonstrate effective communication with management, peers, and subordinates, both verbally and in writing.
- Experience with iterative development/testing practices such as Agile, RUP or test driven development.
- Expert skills in using Quality Centre. Exposure to test automation and performance tools, like QTP, LoadRunner and Performance Centre.
- Rich technology experience and good exposure to latest advancements in Testing
- PMP and ISTQB/QAI certification will be a good advantage
