Program Support Officer

We are seeking the services of 2 Program Support Officers with experience in one or more of the following areas:

- Program Procurement
- SharePoint and/or EPMS Administration
- Program Administration.

This role will support the ICT program Management Office in administration, coordination, and reporting functions. The candidate must have experience in a similar role and have formal PM qualifications.

To be successful in this role you will to have:

- Experience working within a Program Management Office (Mandatory);
- Prince2 Practitioner qualifications (Mandatory);
- experience developing project management documentation;
- experience with stakeholder liaison; high level of writing and analytical skills; and
- experience of process documentation.
- Attention to detail;
- good liaison skills;
- high level of analytical skills;
- experience of process documentation and;
- experience in project management theory

A Top Secret Security Clearance is necessary for this role. The contract is initially for 6 months commencing in January 2013 and an additional 12 month extension option is possible.
