Program/Project manager wanted within an international bank based in Zurich.
YOUR TASKS:
- Planning, monitoring and controlling program/project progress
- Identifying, analysing and managing all relevant stakeholders and program/project risks
- Mitigating and monitoring program/project risks
- Moderating and preparing decision board (Program board/STC)
- Staffing and managing program/project resources
- Providing regular communication to the stakeholder according to the defined communication plan
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- University degree in computer science/business informatics as well as financial industry background (preferably within the client relationship management sector)
- 5+ years of experience in leading global/international IT programs/projects within the financial industry sector
- In-depth understanding of project management methodologies (including agile methodologies) as well as excellent knowledge of document management systems
- Profound knowledge of client on-boarding processes and client relationship management
- Experience in in driving organizational changes taking full account of oppositions and differing stakeholder priorities
- Languages: fluent English and German both written and spoken
