My client is urgently looking for a Senior Business Assistant, Supporting day-to-day operations for the Dublin based Chief Innovation Officer.
ROLE
- Perform General Administrative duties to support day-to-day operations.
- Phone coverage; scheduling meetings; completing travel arrangements; expense reporting; maintaining and managing calendars; generating copies; screening mail; filing; ordering supplies and maintaining department records. Develop and/or prepare correspondence; memoranda; research; reports; presentations or other assigned documentation in specified software package. May research special topics as assigned.
- Provide coverage as needed to other Business Assistants in areas such as phone coverage and scheduling meetings.
- Analyzes data from multiple sources and draws conclusions and/or recommends changes for manager's review.
-Significantly involved in maintaining/tracking departmental reports on an ongoing basis (ie, budgets).
- Coordinates logistics for more complex meetings/activities, ie internal and external meetings, conferences, symposiums, interviews, etc.
ALL ABOUT YOU
- Proficient knowledge of the MS Office Suite, including Excel spread sheets and functions, Word and PowerPoint skills. Proficient in Lotus Notes and Outlook.
- Experience in environments and similar companies (payments, cards, finance)
