PROGRAM MANAGER - Transformation, Voice, Data Center, IT Infrastructure, Network, Genesis

ROLE

Our client is looking for an experienced Program Manager to join a busy team managing multiple large scale programs. You will be working on site for a large healthcare organisation on a Business Transformation Program across the US.

The successful candidate will have:

- 15-20+ years program management experience
- Managed large IT Infrastructure Transformation Programs in enterprise environments
- Broad knowledge of enterprise IT Infrastructure components/architectures: Server, Storage, Compute, Network, Backup/Recovery, Data Centers
- Strong experience in networks/voice/call center deployments

Those from a large consulting firm would be highly favoured.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will be responsible for managing complex programs comprised of and leading multi-disciplinary work streams and Project Managers with multiple stakeholder organizations requiring strict governance model development and implementation.

You must have strong diplomacy, influencing skills and be comfortable interacting at multiple levels (Senior Engineer through SVP/C-Level)

REQUIREMENTS:

- Certified PMP/PgMP or Prince2 - Strong program management experience and fluency in industry standard methodologies - ITIL familiarity and/or certification is a plus
- Big Consulting firm experience is a plus
- 20 years program management experience
- Previously worked on business change transformation programs
- Experience in Voice, Networks, Data Centers, Genesis
