Program Manager e-Invoice (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Manage all aspects of the project to facilitate successful delivery
- Develop and oversee detailed project plans for the pilot and subsequent rollouts covering a total of 28+ countries
- Identify, analyze and recommend solutions to management
- Establish detailed project plans and metrics, work plans, schedules, resource plans and status reports
- Identity project risks and develop risk mitigation plans
- Provide project leadership, work direction and feedback
- Convey and report status to executives, global business partners and all other key stakeholders
- Present formal presentations and executive summaries to senior management to provide recommendations and status updates
- Stakeholder Management
- Manage internal and external project resources
- Alignment of tasks and regular exchange with offshore and nearshore teams whenever applicable

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- In-depth Project Management experience in large organizations
- Profound experience implementing e-Invoicing solutions
- Excellent process and functional understanding of Order-to-Cash and invoicing processes
- Experience with e-Invoicing and Electronic VAT compliance providers, e.g., Pagero, SOVOS, EDICOM, Basware, etc.
- Good understanding of integration technologies is beneficial
- Project management certification (PMP, Prince 2, etc.) is a plus
- Logistics and Transport working exposure is a plus
- Strong Business & IT Acumen
- Fluency in written and spoken English
