Program Manager - Customer

Our blue chip client is looking to recruit an experience Program Manager to work on a contract bass initially for three months in Central London. The position is paying a rate equivalent to an annual salary of £38,500p/a.

The Program manager will be responsible for driving the definition, development and execution of multiple, concurrent Customer Experience initiatives, tracking delivery against program objectives and milestones.

Primary responsibilities include
1) supporting growth and adoption of the Voice of the Customer (VoC)/Net Promoter program by collaborating with various channel owners and Business units; and
2) engaging cross functional teams, systems, processes and tools to ensure successful outcomes that measurably improve customers' satisfaction and loyalty. This exciting role will help shape change department customer-centricity.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE DESIRED:

- Approximately 2-3 years experience in customer-focused Program/Project Management
- More of a commercial background NOT software/technical development/projects
- Previous experience of managing communications projects
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to achieve goals.
- Experience of managing customer experience projects
- Confident user experience with Salesforce.com
- Highly dependable and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision
- Self-starter that display energy, confidence, enthusiasm and a passion for customer advocacy and service
- Outstanding interpersonal/relationship-building skills that establish trust, credibility and respect
- Superb executive communications skills (verbal and written) with proven ability to influence decision makers and use sound arguments to persuade others
- Ability to work in a matrixed and global environment, ensuring effective collaboration internally
- Must be highly proficient with MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Market research background experience would be beneficial
