SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Excellent opportunity to work with a fast paced dynamic fortune 500 organization!
This company is seeking a top notch PROGRAM MANAGER - BUSINESS SECURITY SOLUTIONS, oversees the deployment project plan for the roll-out of Business Security Solutions across all Business markets. The position will work closely with project managers in each market as well as project managers and functional area SMEs across the Center organization to ensure that the program remains on schedule and within budget.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Creates and maintains an overall MASTER PROJECT SCHEDULE.
- Creates and maintains a DEPLOYMENT PLAYBOOK IN COLLABORATION With all functional areas that is a guide for individual market deployments.
- Responsible for ensuring the successful individual MARKET DEPLOYMENTS by working with the project manager in each market to create a local deployment project plan.
- Ensures that each market has all relevant information and resources they need to execute the local deployment project plan.
- Coordinates across all Center departments to ensure key milestones and deliverables are met, including the creation of a launch readiness checklist.
- Prepares deliverables necessary to complete internal milestone reviews leading to market launch, including materials required for the Launch Review Committee.
- Collaborates with functional area SMEs to create and document standardized operational processes, and transitions ownership to the relevant functional area.
- Reports on the progress of the project at regular intervals.
- Troubleshoots and resolves Real Time project issues.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- BS/BA REQUIRED.
- MINIMUM 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN PROJECT OR PROGRAM MANAGEMENT. TELECOM OR HOME/SMB SECURITY EXPERIENCE HIGHLY DESIRED.
- Demonstrated skills with PROJECT MANAGEMENT TOOLS, EG PROJECT, EXCEL, VISIO
- Demonstrated ability to work across functional areas to build and lead teams that work together to meet business objectives.
- Proven ability to work independently with little direct supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to travel.
