They are currently looking for an exceptional Program Manager who is familiar with training coordination. Strong candidates will be enthusiastic, dedicated and focused on strategic development and delivery of learning and development programs. The candidate must have experience executing projects and will be a highly motivated professional with demonstrated organizational and communication skills.
Additionally, the candidate must be able to grow positive working relationships with partners and colleagues. The candidate must be flexible and possess outstanding intuition and decision-making skills. The candidate should be extremely proactive, responsible, detail-oriented and demonstrate a high-level of "scrappiness"(ie, be a self-starter and get the job done).
Lastly, the candidate will be dedicated and focused on providing top-quality support for the coordination and seamless delivery of training programs. In this role, they will develop positive working relationships with engineers and ensure that they are getting the training that they need to be productive.

Responsibilities:

- Analyze data in sheets, and present in bar/pie graphs
- Familiar with SQL and querying tables for trends in data
- Summarizing data from different sources and presenting in single report
- Manage program timelines
- Interface with other departments as necessary to push programs forward
- Manage communications for program teams
- Be the primary contact for programs
- Manage program priorities
- Manage scheduling, coordination and communication of training classes and events in multiple office locations, including
- Schedule classes/events and book rooms
- Schedule and communicate with facilitators to ensure that everything is covered
- Be the point person to address questions from students and facilitators via email aliases
- Be available to answer urgent questions during the week from facilitators/students via email, ping, and in person (ie, need new batteries for mic, can't get the projector to work)
- Work closely with team to accommodate changes in scheduling or facilitator needs
- Be flexible and find innovative ways to problem solve
- Develop and maintain a positive relationships with a large team of volunteer facilitators
- Evaluate data to make decisions and recommendations
- Escalate issues to more senior program managers and the team as needed
- Be flexible and find innovative ways to problem solve
- Working on target ramped launched dates
- Work with learning management systems
- Coordinations and POC when this program launches to answer FAQs

Requirements:

- BS/BA degree or equivalent
- 2 Years experience
- Project management experience (2 years minimum)
- Experience executing on programs
- Successful experience with managing projects, learning development training background
- Worked with volunteers
- Customer service hospitality background
- Must haves:
- Project management experience
- Organizational skills
- Experience learning management systems, data set, analytical, summarizing
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Ability to manage various projects
- Ability to prioritize tasks and projects with little guidance
- Ability to build partnerships with key stakeholders
- Ability to work well with others globally and support different timezones in a timely manner

- Willingness to pitch in
- Prior experience working with engineers and/or coordinating trainings
