STANDARD RATE CARD TOOL Overall Purpose:
Responsible for all aspects of technical project and program management

Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage high value long term strategic projects that involve newand/or enhancing technology, are highly complex, and require tight coordination and integration with multiple organizations and suppliers. Provides overall direction and technical or analytical guidance to project and program teams that typically span multiple organizations and may also include outside suppliers/vendors. Leads large cross functional teams to manage programs within allotted timeline and budget. Work with external vendors and internal stakeholders to champion program/project(s) across the entire organization. Develops detailed work plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans, and status reports. Leads program meetings and is responsible for program tracking and analysis. Ensure adherences to quality standards and reviews program/project deliverables. Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables. Provides technical and analytical guidance to project team.

Education:
Preferred Masters of Science or Masters of Business or equivalent experience

ROLE SPECIFIC
Senior - Product Realization Manager The Senior - Product Realization Manager will assist with definition, development and delivery of a Small Cell solution to be deployed in the wireless network. Work within the CTO organization as a member of the Small Cell Realization team. Responsible for requirements specifications, product development, project management, and successful implementation of new products and capabilities. Develop and execute both business and technical implementation strategies that ensure successful product delivery across multiple, diverse cross functional teams using development process guidelines. Develop and validate requirements, manage the project scope, schedule, and cost, and identify and mitigate risks across all functional teams. Ensure Customer Care processes, Sales processes, business systems, IT systems, vendor platforms and networks are in place to support the offer and that the design accurately represents the requirements. Continuously streamline and implement improvements to ensure processes are scalable for growth and utilize resources in the most effective manner possible. Accountable for on time product delivery, product quality, cost, and operations

Preferred Qualifications:
Proven program management skills - including project planning, project management, business case development and analysis, tactical roadmap and release management and planning. Track record of continual delivery of programs on time and on budget. Must possess a degree of influence and ability to impact team performance of cross functional groups, subordinates, peers, and senior management Requires 5+ years' related experience, strong written and presentation skills. Strong Product Development, project management and organizational skills Technical understanding of mobility network services, device realization, wireless network performance, wireless services, information technology and databases, and software development B.A. or B.S. degree required, MBA a plus.
