Program Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manages turnkey vendor and resolves site acquisition issues for LTE/UMTS to achieve Release To Construction
- Provides direction on how to resolve issues regarding site acquisition, responsible for turnkey vendor to complete lease, permitting, zoning and Landlord notifications within scheduled time
- Resolves Site Acquisition issues
- Identifies jeopardy sites (Site Acquisition process will exceed time line for launch date)
- Works with Construction Managers and turnkey vendor to create alternative solution to meet scheduled launch dates
- Directs site acquisition meetings with Turnkey Vendor
- Reports weekly on the status of CASPR milestones for Site Acquisition
- Manages high-value, long-term strategic projects that involve new and/or enhancing technology, are highly complex, and require tight coordination and integration with multiple organizations and suppliers.
- Provides overall direction and technical or analytical guidance to project and program teams that typically span multiple organizations and may also include outside suppliers/vendors.
- Leads large cross-functional teams to manage programs within allotted timeline and budget.
- Works with external vendors and internal stakeholders to champion program/project(s) across the entire organization.
- Develops detailed work plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
- Leads program meetings and is responsible for program tracking and analysis.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and reviews program/project deliverables.
- Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables.
- Provides technical and analytical guidance to project team.

SKILLS

Must have knowledge and experience in the following: Site Acquisition, MS Office, LTE, and UMTS. C& E experience desired.
