Program Manager

Fantastic contract opportunity for a Program Manager with Data Center experience!  This is a long-term, contract opportunity located in Auburn Hills, MI (suburb of Detroit).  Individual will work remotely, but will periodically need to travel into the Data Center as needed.

This position will oversee and manage the migration and consolidation of Data Centers.  Qualified individuals must possess exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills.  

DUTIES:

- Lead with developing business plans for the consolidation and migration of Data Centers.
- Build solid relationships with third party vendors Account Leadership and customers.
- Build documentation and establish processes.
- Lead the consolidation and migrations of Data Centers.
- Overall Program leadership managing multiple projects by customer and Project Managers working these sub projects.

REQUIRED:

- Minimum 5 years (recent) enterprise level Data Center experience to include at least 3 full life cycle Data Center closures.  Must also include demonstrated experience migrating, transforming or moving Data Center infrastructure.
- MS Project for scheduling and time tracking.
- MS PowerPoint, Access and Excel for flow charts, documentation, process plans, etc.  MUST be a PowerPoint and Excel guru!
- Present reports to high level executives within various departments throughout the company.

CERTIFICATION:
PMP Certification is highly desired!

EDUCATION:
4 year degree or equivalent experience
