- Ensures the coordinated successful delivery of a program: a strategic initiative comprised of multiple, co-dependent projects that span multiple disciplines, functions, and constituencies that when collectively integrated and delivered, satisfy a specific cross-departmental business need.
- Applies defined Program Leadership practices to ensure the program is delivered on time, on budget, in scope and is relevant to the business objectives.
- Interacts with Key Stakeholders.
SKILLS
- Requires 5-7 years progressive program management experience; knowledge and application of program management methodology required.
- Knowledge and experience with learning systems technologies a big plus, including: LMS, LCMS, Measurement.
