Program Lead

SUMMARY:

- On-board and manage the business relationship between company and its suppliers.
- Central point of contact for both internal/external supplier related issues.
- Communicates expectations, establishes supplier performance criteria, and conducts formal supplier reviews.
- Ensures supplier compliance to contracts and/or other specified criteria.
- Manages product life cycles from acquisition to retirement.
- Develops Supplier Management performance metrics and reports performance of restaurant technology suppliers.
- Support RFx, Statement of Work, Change Request, development processes
- Manage, report and ensure supply chain readiness
- Executes strategy with restaurant technology suppliers for the implementation of equipment/solution roll-outs to support restaurant technology initiatives
- Builds strong relationships between teams within I/S and between I/S and related business teams.
- Demonstrates ability to develop an expansive professional network with other organizations, and to identify the internal and external politics that impact the work of the organization.
- Reports to client sponsors and I/S management the status of the project(s)
- Drives issue resolution through issue and risk management.
- Escalates issues to the decision making body appropriate
- Support deployment planning and readiness
