SUMMARY:

- In this position, you will facilitate program and project workshops, development sessions, meetings, gate reviews and other project meetings independently.
- In addition, you will facilitate governance and communications meetings with Executive Leaders, key stakeholders, and the Client Dealer community.
- You will understand and adhere to divisional and corporate governance processes.
- The role will be focused on a multi-year program to build out a profitable Customer Analytics business for Client.
- As the overall Program Manager for this initiative, you will be required to collaborate across Analytics and Innovation, Global Information Solutions and all Distribution Services Divisions at Client, as well as with Client Dealers globally.
- As a member of the Customer Analytics Leadership Team you will have the opportunity to demonstrate entrepreneurial skills in building out a new Customer Analytics business, developing go-to-market strategies, business plans, and profitability targets, while working in an innovative, fail-fast culture. This position reports to Client's Customer Analytics Manager.

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Plan and lead program and project planning sessions.
- Function independently in leading a large, diverse program or project planning session.
- Mentor/coach the leadership team and address leadership issues one-on-one with senior divisional and department management.
- Mentor/coach Project Managers and drive alignment to Division/Department project management standards
- Adapt to diverse business climates.
- Provide input for staffing and support of programs and create accurate and detailed schedules.
- Successfully hand-off off projects to Project Managers
- Interpret and communicate Voice of the Customer (VOC), Voice of Business (VOB), and Critical Customer Requirements (CCR) to develop a comprehensive Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) to reduce program risk and enhance project schedule quality.
- Manage Program and organizational budgets

SKILLS:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Previous Project Management and Program Management experience.
- A college or university degree with a technical focus or equivalent experience.
- 6 to 8 years of relevant job-related experience working with multiple business units.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to deal with sensitive issues, develop others, or influence others inside and outside the department to take specifications.
- Strong adaptability, project management skills, team leadership skills, communication skills, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated strengths in Building Trust, Effective Communication, Enterprise Point of View, and Working Together
- Strong business acumen
- The successful candidate for this position is extremely analytical, very organized, a list maker.
- They have strong communication skills and the ability to effectively speak with executives and peers.
- Must be able to work closely in a team environment.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience in Agile methodology
- Professional training in leading and facilitating meetings
- Previous Black Belt experience
- Able to build strong relationships with various stakeholders.
- Experience working with Client Dealers
- Would prefer experience with Agile methodology but if experienced with another and used it to lead Project Managers that is acceptable.
