PROGRAM COORDINATOR needed for a FULL TIME CONTRACT opportunity supporting Yoh RPO's client located in Chicago, Illinois

What You'll Be Doing:

Managing grant activities specifically the grant proposal process, reporting, and administrative support

Administrative support for the overall grant management process and offering technical support to new and existing grantees

Coordination of client product donations

Maintaining and ensuring compliance for the Healthcare Professional donation process by responding to direct requests from various external sources

Organizing quarterly meetings with the client partners

Providing budget updates and creating presentations for the Program and Executive Directors as needed

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

Bachelor's degree preferably in the Medical, Public Heath, or Applied Technology field

Minimum 3 years of Product Management experience

Bonus Points! Otherwise Known As Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of the US Healthcare System

Ability to work in a multi-cultural/global environment

Proficiency with CyberGrants

Proficiency with Graphic Design within Microsoft PowerPoint
