PROGRAM COORDINATOR JERSEY CITY, NJ 12 MONTH CONTRACT

Primary functions of the Program Coordinator include support of Global Manager and working group by creating strategic presentations, coordinating Steering Committee meetings, maintaining documents, tracking activities and working with key stakeholders to align efforts.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Gathers and manages Program information: schedules, data requests, assignments, tasks, and meetings
- Works with Program team to understand and assist with tracking all work, task and assignments
- Maintains document control, track Program activities and team communication
- Assists team and team lead in strategic meetings and follow up with meeting minutes
- Plays a key role in merging information from the various stakeholders and work streams to create a singular storyline

REQUIREMENTS:

- 7+ years experience as a Program/Project coordinator in IT Infrastructure space
- Access management & access controls
- FileShare, SharePoint, email
- Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills a must
- Strong organizational and communication skills, detail oriented with an ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to present to Sr. Executives
- Specific Information Security experience a plus
