My client is seeking a Program Coordinator to join the team of a large scale government Business Improvement project. The successful candidate will have superb communication skills and previous experience coordinating a Program of work within the public sector.

Key Accountabilities:

- Work collaboratively to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while applying the agreed quality management standards to the team and general administration to ensure project objectives are met
- Analyse and report on critical issues, risks and interdependencies between programs to identify gaps, overlaps and conflicts, recommending appropriate actions to the Program Managers and senior management to mitigate risks and resolve issues, thereby supporting program delivery;
- Monitor and coordinate the process for prioritizing projects and programs in the pipeline to ensure projects objectives and outcomes alignment with the programs vision
- Review and analyse program costs and coordinate the financial reporting function to ensure clear, accurate and consistent reporting of financial matters to senior management and external stakeholders and support budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management
- Create and maintain a register of program stakeholder profiles which documents stakeholder interests, expectations, requirements and contributions/impacts on particular programs to facilitate the development and management of effective stakeholder engagement strategies and communication plans to ensure the long-term success of portfolio, program or project;
- Disseminate program related information including correspondence and reports to ensure all stakeholders are informed of progress before, during and after implementation or the delivery of project outputs and program outcomes;
- Support the Program Manager to engage and build high functioning teams to ensure capability to deliver against projects and programs and ensure optimal resource utilization;
- Gather, validate, store, retrieve, filter and disseminate project information to key stakeholders within agreed procedures to assist in effective and efficient decision making;
- Monitor and coordinate key performance metrics for the portfolio to ensure that gaps and issues are identified and addressed and;
