We are looking for a senior professional to support our client in Zurich as

PROGRAM CONSULTANT

Tasks:

- Support the program management in the following areas:
- To analyze and define the scope of the program and resources needed
- Full roadmap and resource planning for the program including program time schedule
- Define processes and provide, on later stage, process engineering
- Create and write high-management evaluations and documentations for the top-management and the decision board of the program
- Create concepts for the program implementation
- Provide analysis for the set-up of a Front-to-Back Support Model, show optimization potential etc.

Your Profile

- Project Expert with proven experience in analysing project and program scope as well as defining road maps
- Strong experience in resource planning for programs
- Strong knowledge in process design and implementation
- Strong analytical and conceptional skills
- Highly experienced in dealing with senior stakeholders in a program environment involving various different departments and professionals
- Experienced in requirement analysis
- Fluent in English, German nice to have
