We are pleased to present this opportunity to you on behalf of our client. They are one of the world's most reputable, financial institutions, based in Zürich. This is a great opportunity for you. As a Program Communications Lead you will play a key role in the success of the project.

OVERVIEW OF BUSINESS AREA/PROJECT:

The Group Finance department is a strong department focused on delivering Financial and Regulatory reporting and Financial Planning and Analysis to internal and external stakeholders globally.

The Group Finance Target Operating Model Program is a two year program to firstly, define the capabilities needed by the department to meet the extremely challenging regulatory and business environment and secondly, implement the organization and process changes necessary to deliver these capabilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsible for delivery of the over-arching culture and communications strategy for the Program
- Drafts all key messages, FAQs, Management announcements, and presentations - sees these through to completion and delivery
- Works face to face with Management Team and key members of staff to provide support for communications efforts in their individual areas
- Responsible for ensuring the communication delivery plan is complete and up-to-date, and for coordinating the preparation materials and delivery as defined in the plan
- Works with the central web team to ensure all latest assets are available via the website
- Works the Program Director to draft and deliver the regular Program updates

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

- Experience of running a communications program (planning and coordinating events, defining key messages, managing various delivery channels, managing stakeholders, etc)
- Experience of preparing key communications materials (organization announcements, newsletters, presentations, briefing materials)
- Strong relationship building and consultation skills as well as an ability to ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with peers, management, key stakeholders and clients.
- Experience of working in/supporting communications in the Banking industry and/or the Finance function
- Excellent English (spoken and written)
