Program Communications Lead

On behalf of our client, a leading financial organization in Switzerland, we are looking for a Program Communications Lead to join their Zürich office on a long term contract basis.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsible for delivery of the communications strategy for the assigned program
- Responsible for the communication delivery plan and coordinating the preparation materials
- Drafting all key messages, announcements, presentations, FAQs etc.
- Working with program director in order to deliver the regular program updates
- Collaborating with web team and ensuring all latest updates are available via website

REQUIREMENTS

- Experience in running communication programs such as, planning and coordinating events, managing delivery channels and stakeholders, defining messages etc.
- Experience in preparation of the communication materials (announcements, newsletters, presentations, briefing materials)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with all stakeholders
- Fluency in English
- Experience in the financial industry is considered as a strong plus
