My client is looking for a Program and Project Leader to coordinate the roadmaps of two change programs within the overall HR transformation program.
Profile Requirements
- You have solid experience in managing a change roadmap in an end 2 end vision, involving re-engineering of processes, review training offer, defining new roles, maximize enabling processes through click (Intranet)
- You have solid experience in HR domains such as Learning & development, change leadership ideally you have experience with 'employability approaches' & senior leadership programs
- You can both bring in outside inspiration & manage the project within time, budget & scope.
- You have solid experience in change management and communications
- Structured approach is key.
- Cooperative mind set & diplomacy
- Hands-on experience
- Strong people management skills.
- Organizational skills and stress resistant - able to manage change within an organization
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Able to communicate with both business and IT people.
- Language skills:- Fluent in Dutch + French + English.
