Program Analyst

A PROGRAM ANALYST is required to join one of our key clients in Sydney's CBD to work in a busy project environment and to be responsible for the ongoing project implementation activities by examining the implementation scope of work and carrying out analytical assessments to ensure performance and efficiency is maintained and the program implementation is on target.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Reviews Implementation risks and issues that impact the implementation of the program
- Assists the delivery of the Implementation allocated milestones and tracking associated activities to ensure delivery within the defined timelines
- Actively tracks the Implementation budget and expenses, ensuring program costs are monitored and allocated correctly
- Assists in the preparation of long-term financial forecast of budgets
- Provides support to the Principal Manager by gathering and analysing data to support strategic and operational implementation activities
- Arranges, prepares and takes part in stakeholder meetings and presents issues and solutions as required
- Analyse all Implementation high level schedules, risks, Program Status Reports and provide advice to the Principal Manager

SKILLS REQUIRED:

- 5+ years in a similar role
- Business, People and Processes impact identification, analysis, planning and management
- Coordination of implementation activities across multiple stakeholders
- Stakeholder management across multiple organisations
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to produce high quality written documentation
- Good facilitation and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills especially Visio, PowerPoint and Excel
