The ideal candidate will assist the Project Director in planning, coordinating,
- Assist Project Manager in creation and maintenance of all required project management documentation;
- Update and maintain issue, risk and change register;
- Coordinate project resourcing - ensuring resource allocations are aligned effectively against deliverables;
- Identify, create and maintain existing project processes, templates, procedures and policies making recommendations for improvement and implement changes as appropriate;
- Excellent project, program and change management skills;
- Strong documentation and program report writing skills
- Ability to handle pressure
- Previous Government experience in a large and complex organisation highly regarded
- Familiar with the roles and responsibilities associated with PMO
- Good working knowledge of PRINCE2 and/or other OGC methodologies
- Must be highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Project (Advanced), Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint
