The Program Administration and Coordinator role will assist the Program Office and Program Director in project management activities.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Assist Project Manager in creation and maintenance of project plans/schedules - updating detailed task lists and timelines
- Assist Project Manager in creation and maintenance of all required project management documentation;
- Update and maintain issue, risk and change register;
- Superior project and change coordination skills;
- Excellent documentation skills
- Demonstrated ability and experience in developing effective relationships across the business
- Strong commitment to quality, with high attention to detail and accuracy;
- Ability to analyse and identify relationships and dependencies between the project, the entire information technology environment and the business
- Familiar with the roles and responsibilities associated with PMO
- Must be highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Project (Advanced), Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint
- Good working knowledge of PRINCE2 and/or other OGC methodologies
