You will work the Project Manager to create and maintain project plans/schedules, tasks, timelines, and project management documentation. You will also update and maintain the issue, risk and change register. Part of your role will be to create and maintain project processes, templates, procedures and policies and make recommendations and changes where required. You will also coordinate program resourcing.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for reporting and maintaining accurate financial records and databases.
You must have experience with the MS Office suite including MS Project and Sharepoint. You must also have strong experience and knowledge with common Project Management methodologies and work well in a team and under pressure.
