IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Contribute to a change management projects in Production with a strong IT component
-Establish centralised document management processes and tools for an organisation of 2.500 employees
-Support and drive knowledge management (KM) activities inside Pharma Technical Development with a focus on IT processes and tools Qualification

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Solid experience with processes and information flow in pharmaceutical development
-Solid experience in management and/or development of document management systems (GxP)
-Strong background in project management experience with mid-size projects (10-50 team members)
-German on a native speaker level and fluency in English with a strong professional proficiency for the other language
-Willingness to work within a global organisation and late in the evening (TC/VC with US west coast)
-Proven ability to steer lateral teams in a complex and dynamic environment
-Bachelor / Master in Computer Science, PM certification, Experience in Knowledge Management
-Technical understanding of trends and principles of information management with a focus on document management (Documentum, Sharepoint, online services)
