IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Work with HPSM ticket system (track, document, implement)
-Allocate and prepare hardware for deployment
-Deliver and install IT infrastructure (new user, bulk requests)
-Reclaim hardware process
-Handling of the repair process
-Inventory management (stock rooms etc.)
-Request hardware via ticket tool
-Act as point of contact for hardware pool customers and service providers
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Good technical experience in a desk side support position
-Excellent technical skills for analyzing and troubleshooting problems in a complex customer environment
-Knowledge of PC hardware and periphery, Windows Client technology, desktop and productivity tools
-Experience with a ticketing tool (e.g. HPSM)
-Strong communication abilities and customer focused behaviour
-ITIL (Foundation) know-how
-Technical writing for documentation
-Very good English and German skills (written and spoken)
-MCP-MCSE certification is of advantage
