Professional IT Supporter (Windows 10/HPSM/Rollout Project) - German

Our client, one of the biggest pharmaceutical companies based in Basel, is looking for a GERMAN SPEAKER IT SUPPORTERexperienced with WINDOWS 10 SYSTEM.

This is a contracting role based in Basel and planned to start ASAP until end of the year.

Are you a PROFESSIONAL IT SUPPORTER with COMPUTER SUPPORT KNOWLEDGE and ROLLOUT EXPERIENCE and having strong CUSTOMER and COMMUNICATION SKILLS in both GERMAN & ENGLISH?

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Install Windows 10 computers using standard images
-

Scheduling and appointments with customers to exchange Windows 7 with Windows 10 computers
-

Data- & configuration backup at the customer's site
-

Deployment of Windows 10 computers with subsequent data- configuration restore
-

If required, manual installation of software according to installation instructions
-

Brief instruction for customers, support with simple software and hardware problems
-

Working with the given Ticket tool HP Service Manager/Service Now and company-owned Asset Management Tools

Cooperation in continuous improvements
-

Participation in status meetings

IDEAL PROFILE:

-

TRAINED IN IT SUPPORT, completed IT APPRENTICESHIP or +5 YEARS OF WORKING EXPERIENCE in similar environments
-

COMPUTER SUPPORT KNOWLEDGE and ROLLOUT EXPERIENCE (+1 year of experience)
-

Customer oriented and good communication skills in English and German
-

Strong solution and problem solving skills
-

Proactive mindset
-

Teamwork skills
-

German (proficient level)
-

English (advanced level)

NICE TO HAVES:

-

French
-

Microsoft or Windows 10 certificates

Experience with project coordination
