For one of our clients, we are looking for a Professional IT Support for a Project Aim to support a huge end user building move.
The Position
- Ensuring IT support is provided either onsite or by phone for incidents related to all type of computers, video conferencingMCP-MCSE certification is regarded as an advantage) and at least 3 years of successful technical experience in a desk side support position and you have ITIL practitioner in Incident Management (at least ITIL Foundation certification).
- Experience in large IT environments as an advantage
